Production Time:
2026 calendars usually begin shipping in August, 2025. Production time on orders placed after August will be 15-25 business days from date of proof approval and will likely be long during October, November & December based on plant capacity. All orders ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Please note, we do not accept 3rd party shipper numbers.
Payment:
Prepayment is required on all orders via credit card. There is no credit card processing fee.
Color Imprint Charge:
All prices include a 1-color black imprint. On wall calendars only, a color imprint can be printed with a white border for an additional $0.13 (g) charge per calendar.
Imprint Specs:
Wall Calendars should have a press file size of 10.465″ w x 1.63″ h with a live area of 9.715″ w x 1.38″ h formatted in 1-color black or 4-color process. For logos, preferred file types are EPS, AI or PDF with outlined fonts and embedded images. Additional charges apply for 4-color process printing.
Pocket Calendars should have a press file size of 3.5″ w x 1.5″ h with a live area of 3.125″ w x 1.3125″ h formatted in 1-color black. For logos, preferred file types are EPS, AI or PDF with outlined fonts and embedded images.
Magnet Calendars should have a press file size of 3.5″ w x 1.5″ h with a live area of 3″ w x 1.25″ h formatted in 1-color black or 4-color process. For logos, preferred file types are EPS, AI or PDF with outlined fonts and embedded images. FREE 4-color process is available on this product only.
